Frequently Asked Questions
Is the price worth it compared to other force feedback yokes?
Yes, it's excellent value. The Moza Yoke Bundle (base + handle sold separately) is one of the most affordable force feedback yokes available. The Moza Force Feedback Yoke is not yet the best feeling yoke on the market—but it's absolutely the best value. The hardware punches well above its price point. Competitors like the Brunner CLS-E NG cost significantly more, often 3-4x the price.
Does it work with Xbox or PlayStation consoles?
No, PC only. The Moza Yoke Bundle only supports PC-based flight simulators and requires the Moza Cockpit software for full functionality. It's designed specifically for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020/2024 and X-Plane 12 on Windows PCs.
Can I feel actual turbulence and aerodynamic forces through the yoke?
Yes, that's the main benefit. The 9Nm torque and 210N push force translate aerodynamic effects into realistic tactile feedback. One of the most significant advantages of a force feedback yoke is how it simulates the process of trimming the airplane - you'll feel control pressure change as you adjust trim, just like in real aircraft, rather than spring-centering like standard yokes.
Why are the yoke and base sold separately?
It's not anymore! At FlightSimZone you can easily buy the AY210 bundle with base and yoke.
How does the software setup work - is it complicated?
Requires Moza software. The bundle requires Moza Cockpit software for button mapping, force feedback settings, and telemetry. Once the software catches up (which it likely will in the next few months), this yoke could become a no-brainer recommendation. The 34 configurable inputs and Hall effect sensors provide extensive customization once properly set up.
